Founded by Interior designer Charlotte Paule, House of Paule brings a fresh perspective to how space can move and feel.
Growing up with an interior designer mother in a home layered with antiques, a sense of composition began early. After working abroad as a classical ballet dancer, she returned to Melbourne to study interior design at RMIT. Completing her Bachelor with Honors. Time spent at architectural practices Studio Kennon and Travis Walton Architecture refined her appreciation for proportion, material, and light.
In 2023, she established House of Paule — a Prahran-based studio exploring the relationship between body and space. Each project is approached as dialogue: between client and site, function and aesthetic, material and longevity.
Philosophy
Good design moves with intention.
It considers how people move through space, how light, texture, and proportion guide function. Every detail is carefully considered to support how we live and feel.
Material Integrity
Materials are chosen with care, respecting their origin, craft, and longevity. Their patina tells a story of touch, time, and evolution.
